(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be fined in accordance with § 34.02.
(B) In addition to the penalty provided in § 34.02, any person found guilty of violating § 93.25 or § 93.31 shall pay all expenses, including shelter, food, veterinary expenses for identification or certification of the breed of animal or boarding and veterinary expenses necessitated by the seizure of any dog for violation of § 93.25 or § 93.31.
