§ 135.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the rules of § 135.05, after due notification by the village shall be subjected to a fine in accordance with Chapter 34. Each day that the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
