§ 135.05 NUMBERING STRUCTURES.
   All buildings, residential or commercial, within the village shall be numbered. It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of every building in the village to have placed upon the portion of the building that is visible from the street, figures at least three inches high showing the number of the structure.
