(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, by an act or neglect, to encourage, aid or cause delinquency in a child.
(B) It shall likewise be unlawful for any person, after notice that a driver's license of any child has been suspended or revoked, to permit the child to operate a motor vehicle during the period that the driver's license is suspended.
(C) It shall likewise be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit any child to operate a motor vehicle without a license.
