§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violations of this chapter are misdemeanors punishable by a fine in accordance with Chapter 34. In addition, violators face suspension or revocation of their liquor licenses.
   (B)   The penalty for violation of § 110.02 shall be an amount in accordance with Chapter 34 for each offense.
   (C)   Opening an original package of, or consumption of, alcoholic liquor on the premises specified in § 110.07 is a violation and subject to a fine in accordance with Chapter 34.
