§ 110.07 LICENSE CLASSIFICATION.
   The classifications of licenses listed below shall be available within the village.
   (A)   Class "A" license shall authorize the holder to sell retail alcoholic liquor for consumption on or off the premises specified in the license from the hour of 5:00 a.m. until the hour of 1:00 a.m. the following morning, during all days of the week. The places operating under this class of license must close for all purposes and cease doing business of any kind after the hour specified for closing and shall conduct no other business before the hour of 5:00 a.m. All patrons must vacate the premises within one-half hour of the close of business.
   (B)   Class "B" license shall authorize the holder to sell retail alcoholic liquor for consumption on or off the premises specified in the license from the hour of 5:00 a.m. until the hour of 1:00 a.m. the following morning, during all days of the week, except Friday and Saturday, when the hours shall be until 2:00 a.m. the next morning. The places operating under this class of license must close for all purposes and cease doing business of any kind after the hour specified for closing and shall conduct no other business before the hour of 5:00 a.m. All patrons must vacate the premises within one-half hour of the close of business.
   (C)   Class "C" license shall authorize the holder to sell retail alcoholic liquor in the original package only, on the premises specified in the license, for consumption off the premises. Hours for sales are from the hour of 5:00 a.m. until the hour of 1:00 a.m. the following morning, during all days of the week. The places operating under this class of license may remain open 24 hours for other routine business, such as sale of gas, household items and groceries, but must cease sale of alcohol at the hour specified, and shall not resume sale of alcoholic liquor before the hour of 5:00 a.m. the following morning.
   (D)   Class "D" license shall authorize the holder to sell retail alcoholic liquor in the original package only, on the premises specified in the license, for consumption off the premises. Hours for sales are from the hour of 5:00 a.m. until the hour of 1:00 a.m. the following morning, during all days of the week, except Friday and Saturday, when the hours shall be until 2:00 a.m. the next morning. The places operating under this class of license may remain open 24 hours for other routine business, such as sale of gas, household items and groceries, but must cease sale of alcohol at the hour specified, and shall not resume sale of alcoholic liquor before the hour of 5:00 a.m. the following morning.
   (E)   Class "E" license applies to nonprofit organizations, chartered by the state and located in the village, as well as clubs, defined in the ILCS Ch. 235 Act 5, § 1-3.24. This license authorizes the retail sale of beer and wine on the premises specified in the license from the hour of 5:00 a.m. until the hour of 2:00 a.m. the following morning, during all days of the week. The places operating under this class of license must close for all purposes and cease doing business of any kind after the hour specified for closing and shall conduct no other business before the hour of 5:00 a.m. All patrons must vacate the premises within one-half hour after closing. Nonprofit organizations, not located within the village, may also apply for this class of license. In addition to the requirements of § 110.04, these organizations shall submit a full description of the organization and the purpose of the proposed sales. If approved, the Liquor Commissioner may place limitations on the license, as thought appropriate.
   (F)   In case of a special event, function or meeting held in the village park, applicants may apply for a license for retail sale of alcoholic liquors. Village staff must receive the application at least ten days before the desired date and it must be approved by village staff and the Village Board of Trustees. The application must contain the information contained in § 110.04 and include the number of days or nights needed for the license.
   (G)   Class “F” license shall authorize the licensee for licensed premises to sell at retail beer and wine only for consumption on premises only. Said premises may serve other beverages such as juices, coffees, teas, sports drinks, and the like, of a non-alcoholic nature and the licensee may serve food (sandwiches, pastries, and the like) that are prepared and packaged off premises for sale and consumption on premises. Premises shall be allowed to open all days of the week at the same hour as a Class A license. Live entertainment shall not be permitted inside the premises.
   (H)   Class "G" license is for residents and their guests of 55+ apartments. This license shall authorize the holder to sell retail alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises specified on the license, from the hour of 5:00 a.m. until the hour of 1:00 a.m. the following morning, all days of the week.
