§ 110.13 IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   A licensee or agent who believes a person to be under 21 years old shall demand presentation of some valid form of positive identification, with accompanying photograph. This shall occur before selling or providing the person with any alcoholic liquor. It is unlawful to sell or give alcoholic liquor to anyone who refuses or fails to show valid identification. Acceptance or use of identification as listed below is unlawful to obtain or posses alcoholic liquor.
   (B)   These are violations of this chapter and can result in fines, loss of license or both:
      (1)   A transferred, altered or defaced identification card;
      (2)   The identification card of someone other than the bearer;
      (3)   To carry or use a false or forged identification card; and/or
      (4)   To obtain an identification card by false information.
