§ 110.12 PROHIBITED SALES.
   It is unlawful for any licensee, officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of the licensee to sell, give, deliver or otherwise provide alcoholic liquor of any kind to anyone listed below.
   (A)   Any person under 21 years of age, except in the performance of a religious ceremony or under direct supervision and approval of the person’s parents in the privacy of his or her home (ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 6-20(g)); and
   (B)   Any intoxicated person, or to any person known to him or her to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane or mentally deficient or in need of mental treatment.
