Applicants shall pay license fees for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor at the time of application for a license and annually thereafter. If a license application is denied for any reason, village staff shall return the fee to the applicant. Fees for approved licenses are deposited in the General Fund, or any such fund as designated by the Village Board, by proper action.
