(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 34.01.
(B) Should the permit holder fail or refuse to effect the repairs/replacement, as set out in § 92.04, within 60 days after demand is made by the village the permit holder shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34, plus costs, as well as the cost of repairs/replacement. Each day that the repairs/replacement are not complete shall be considered a separate offense.
