§ 70.04 PARKING RULES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle or to permit a vehicle to remain parked in any zone for a period longer than designated.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle or to permit a vehicle to remain parked in any fire lane on streets which have posted thereon the appropriate fire lane signs.
   (C)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to park any commercial vehicle, recreational vehicle or utility trailer, on any residential street; except that, any commercial vehicle parked or stopped for the purpose of pick-up or delivery of residents and/or personal property for a period not to exceed eight hours shall be exempt.
      (2)   For the purpose of this division (C), the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
         COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. Any vehicle operated for the transportation of persons and/or industrial enterprise.
         RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. Any type of vehicle used for recreational, avocational or competitive purpose on land, sea or air. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES include, but are not to be limited to, camping trailers, travel trailers, motor homes, mini-motor homes, van campers, camper shells, boats, snowmobiles and the like.
