§ 50.023 SEWER AVAILABLE.
   At such times as a public sewer becomes available to property served by a sewage disposal system as provided in § 50.022, a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer in compliance with this Code and any septic tanks, cesspools and similar private sewage disposal facilities shall be abandoned and properly filled.
