§ 50.022 DISCONTINUANCE OF PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.
   (A)   The owner of all the houses, buildings or properties used for human occupancy, employment, recreation or other purposes situated where a public sanitary sewer of the village or community sewage system is available or may, in the future, be located any public sanitary sewer of the village, is hereby required at his or her expense to install suitable toilet facilities therein and to connect the facilities directly with the proper public sewer in accordance with the provisions of these code provisions.
   (B)   Connections to be within 90 days after date of official notice to do so; provided that, the public sewer is within 200 feet of the property line for a single-family residence and 3,000 feet for a commercial institutional/governmental, industrial or residential subdivision use. If a pump is required to accomplish the connection, the pump shall be installed and maintained at the property owner's expense.
