The appropriate authorities of the town may, at the direction of the Town Council, enforce, pursue and seek equitable remedies for any violations of or noncompliance with the provisions of §§ 152.61 or 152.62 through an injunction or mandamus sought in the Hamilton County Court or other court of jurisdiction as provided by law for those actions by governmental entities, including award of all costs for that action.
