An air gun or archery weapon may be discharged under the following circumstances:
(A) Upon private property, other than an establishment open to the public, either within an enclosed structure or within an outdoor area enclosed by a solid wall or fence at least eight feet high.
(B) Within a regularly established commercial shooting gallery, or a temporary or transient shooting gallery.
(C) Within an authorized firearms range, as provided by § 130.06.
