§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) A violation of § 93.36 shall be fined or liable to other penalties as prescribed for violation of the respective law or ordinance violated upon the premises of the town’s parks.

(B) A violation of §§ 93.37 through 93.40 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.

(C) A violation of § 93.41 shall be liable to a fine in the same amount as otherwise fixed by ordinance for violations of town speed limits or parking violations.
