§ 93.41 SPECIAL SPEED LIMIT; PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in the town’s parks to:
   (A)   Operate any motor vehicle in excess of ten mph; or
   (B)   Park a motor vehicle in any area posted with “No Parking” signs.
