§ 93.43 FAILURE OR REFUSAL TO CEASE VIOLATION; EVICTION.
   In addition to any penalties that may be applicable under § 93.41, any person who is found to be violating any of the regulations for using any of the town’s parks, as set forth in this subchapter, shall be directed by any police officer or representative of the Department of Parks and Recreation to immediately cease and desist from that violation and, upon failure or refusal to cooperate with that order, may be further ordered to depart immediately from the premises of the town’s parks for the remainder of the day. A person who does not comply with the order to depart from the town’s parks or who returns to use the town’s parks at any time during the same day may be charged and prosecuted for civil or criminal trespass.
