§ 92.15 ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS DESIGNATED.

   The following officers of the town are empowered to enforce the provisions of this chapter:

   (A)   The Town Council, through its lawfully adopted orders.

   (B)   The Town Marshal and police officers.

   (C)   The Street Commissioner, to the extent that any nuisance impairs or makes dangerous the use of the public streets, alleys, sidewalks or other public property under the authority and supervision of the Street Commissioner.

   (D)   The Town Utility Superintendent, to the extent that any nuisance impairs the use or operation of the public utility systems.

   (E)   The Town Attorney, to the extent hereafter provided.
