§ 50.126 EXECUTION.

(A) Provide all tools, labor and equipment necessary for the safe and expeditious installation of all storm sewers, inlets, and appurtenances as specified herein.

(B) Inspect sewer pipe, inlet sections and appurtenances prior to installation and promptly remove damaged or unsuitable materials with new and unused materials.
