All pipe, fittings, manholes, catch basins, inlets and appurtenances proposed as shown on the submitted drawings shall be new and unused. Each length of pipe shall be plainly stamped, marked or color coded to an acceptable standard as to weight, class, and type thereof, and the manufacturer’s trademark or name.
