(A) Notify the town a minimum of 24 hours before any testing is to be conducted. A representative of the Sheridan Sewer Department must be present to witness all tests.
(B) Submit copies of all test results to the town.
(C) Submit one complete set of as-built drawings of the storm sewers, manholes, inlets and appurtenances as installed. These drawings shall be submitted to the town at the completion of the installation and testing of the sewer, and the acceptance of the facilities.
(1) All manholes and laterals shall be located and references to three permanent surface improvements.
(2) The pipe size, pipe material, and the elevations of castings and inverts of all manholes and inlets shall be shown on as-built drawings.
