(A) Private developers shall submit to the Sheridan Planning Commission a complete set of plans and specifications for a proposed subdivision or planned development. Plans and specifications shall be prepared by a professional engineer licensed in the State of Indiana. The developers shall also submit a copy of the construction permit for storm sewers issued by any state, county or local highway department that require permits for the construction of the sewer.
(B) Plans shall show locations of all storm sewers, manholes, catch basins, inlets and appurtenances, and shall identify locations in public right-of-way or utility easements for the facilities.
