(A) Notify the town a minimum of 24 hours before any testing is to be conducted. A representative of the Sheridan Sewer Department must be present to witness all tests.
(B) Test all sewers installed as specified herein. Low pressure air tests shall be in accordance with ASTM C 1417. Force main leakage and pressure tests shall be in accordance with AWWA C 605. Manhole vacuum tests shall be in accordance with ASTM C 1244.
(C) Submit copies of all test results to the town.
(D) Submit one complete set of as-built drawings of the sanitary sewers, manholes, laterals and appurtenances as installed. These drawings shall be submitted to the town at the completion of the installation and testing of the sewer, and the acceptance of the facilities.
(1) All manholes shall be located and references to three permanent surface improvements.
(2) All sewer laterals shall be located and references to the downstream manhole (in feet) and depth of lateral at the property line.
