(A) Private developers shall submit to the Sheridan Planning Commission a complete set of plans and specifications for a proposed subdivision or planned development. Plans and specifications shall be prepared by a professional engineer licensed in the State of Indiana. The developers shall also submit a copy of the construction permit for sanitary sewers issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), plus any state, county or local highway permits required.
(B) Plans shall show locations of all sanitary sewers, manholes and laterals, and shall identify locations in public right-of-way or utility easements for the facilities. Maximum spacing of sanitary manholes shall be 400 feet on center, or as directed by the Sheridan Sewer Department.
