All money received by the town, regardless of the source of intended use, shall accrue to and be deposited in the general fund of the town unless the nature, source of intended use of that money is such that a provision of this code of ordinances or of law or of an applicable state or federal administrative regulation specifies that they accrue to and be deposited in some other fund.
