§ 32.15 EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONERS ESTABLISHED FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT AND MARSHAL DEPARTMENT.

(A) Commissioners, who shall be members of the Town Council appointed by the Council or by its President with the Council's approval, shall have general oversight and supervision responsibilities over police and fire.

(B) The Commissioners, as directed by the full Town Council, shall promulgate policy as directed by the full Council and assure implementation by their respective departments.
