(A) This section shall apply to the operation of UTVs within the corporate limits of the town. Only operation pursuant to the conditions contained herein shall be permitted.
(B) Only UTVs described and equipped as follows shall be allowed to operate within the town's corporate limits.
(C) UTVs allowed to operate pursuant to this section shall be required to adhere to the following requirements and restrictions:
(1) UTVs shall be defined and limited to a vehicle with four wheels with combustion motor, built and used primarily for commercial business instead of recreational use.
(2) Only UTVs owned or leased by the town shall be permitted to operate within the town's corporate limits.
(3) UTVs must be clearly identified by visible marking on the vehicle displaying Street, Fire, Police and/or Parks Departments.
(4) UTVs shall have warning or emergency lighting on vehicle.
