(A) Every bin shall be kept in sound condition, weather tight, and in good repair, and shall not be in such a condition as to constitute a nuisance.
(B) All residents of the town shall place bins containing solid waste at the curb in front of the residence no earlier than 7:00 p.m. the evening before the designated collection day and shall remove the bins no later than 7:00 p.m. the day following the designated collection day.
(C) When not out for collection, all bins shall be kept within an enclosed structure on the property (such as a garage or shed) or adjacent to the residence and out of sight.
