(A) Announcements of examinations shall be circulated according to procedures determined by the Mayor. Announcement of a promotional examination shall be made at least 90 days prior to the conduct of the examination.
(B) Notice of open competitive examinations may be advertised publicly not less than ten days prior to the filing deadline.
(C) The Mayor shall notify the Civil Service Commission members in writing of any announcement of examination at least 48 hours prior to any public announcement of said examination.
