(A) The provisions of the city’s Policy and Procedure Manual, the Police Department standard operating procedures, the Fire Department standard operating procedures and the city employment guidelines adopted by the City Council shall apply to all covered positions.
(B) The Mayor shall notify the Civil Service Commission members of any changes in job descriptions, in writing, within ten days after any change of said job description is adopted and/or approved by the City Council.
