§ 33.13 RECORDS AND FILES.
   (A)   (1)   Unless otherwise provided for, all records and minutes of the Civil Service Commission activities shall be considered public records and shall be kept under lock and key at the City Hall.
      (2)   The Chairperson of the Commission shall have sole authority to grant access to said records.
      (3)   In the Chairperson’s absence, the Vice-Chair shall have said authority.
   (B)   The Chairperson may designate the Secretary as custodian of the Civil Service Commission’s records.
   (C)   Any and all of said records shall be preserved and/or destroyed based upon current state records retention schedule and the direction of the Civil Service Commission. Any destruction of records shall be authorized by the Civil Service Commission prior to said destruction.
   (D)   All open records requests must be made pursuant to the Open Records Act, being KRS 61.870 to 61.884. The City Clerk shall make such records public only upon authority of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission.
