§ 158.998 PENALTY.
   Violations of this chapter shall be subject to the following fine schedules.
   (A)   If a citation for a violation of this chapter is not contested by the person charged with the violation, the penalties set forth below shall apply. Each day that a violation of this chapter occurs is a separate and distinct offense.

   (B)   If a citation for a violation of this chapter is contested by the person charged with the violation and a hearing before the Board is required, the penalties set forth below shall apply. Each day that a violation of this chapter occurs is a separate and distinct offense.
