§ 32.66 DEFINITION.
   COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, as used in this subchapter, shall mean the performance of the mutual obligation of the employer, by and through the Mayor, or his or her designee, and the recognized representative of police officers to meet at reasonable times, to negotiate in good faith with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment, to negotiate an agreement and to execute a written contract incorporating such agreement. Such obligation shall not compel either party to agree to any proposal or require the making of a concession.
