§ 32.76 DEFINITION.
   COLLECTIVE BARGAINING as used in this subchapter shall mean the performance of the mutual obligation of the employer, by and through the Mayor or his or her designee, and the recognized representative of firefighters to meet at reasonable times, to negotiate in good faith with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, to negotiate in agreement and to execute a written contract incorporating such agreement. Such obligation shall not compel either party to agree to any proposal or require the making of a concession.
