There is on file at the office of the City Clerk a grievance procedure for anyone who believes he or she may have been discriminated against by the city based on handicapped status with respect to federally funded programs. These grievance procedures are incorporated herein by reference as if enumerated in full. These procedures may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk who shall forward a copy to any party requesting it.
