(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $250, or shall be imprisoned for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day a particular violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) In addition to the criminal penalties set forth above, any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the city for a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $4,000 for each offense. Each day a particular violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. Said civil penalty may be assessed and imposed by the county’s District Court, pursuant to KRS 24A.120.
