(A) Plan submittals for all storm water management facilities shall include detailed maintenance and repair procedures to ensure their continual proper functioning. These plans and procedures shall identify all parts and components of the facilities that require maintenance, as well as any equipment, training and skills necessary for said maintenance.
(B) Provisions for the periodic review and evaluation of the effectiveness of the maintenance procedures and the need for any revisions or additional procedures shall be included in the plan.
