(A) Storm sewers shall have a minimum slope of 0.5%. A slope of less than 0.5% may only be permitted upon prior review and approval by the approving agency.
(B) Sewers on 20% slopes or greater shall be anchored securely with concrete anchors or equal- spaced as follows:
(1) Not over 32 feet center to center on grades 20% and up to 35%;
(2) Not over 24 feet center to center on grades 35% and up to 50%; and
(3) Not over 16 feet center to center on grades 50% and over.
