The peak runoff calculation procedures to be utilized depend upon the size of the proposed development or project as follows.
(A) If the total tributary area to an existing or proposed storm water facility on the project site is 50 acres or less, then the method of peak runoff calculation shall be the Rational Method as set forth in § 154.037 of this chapter or the soil conservation service hydrologic methods set forth in § 154.038 of this chapter.
(B) If the total project drainage area is greater than 50 acres, then the soil conservation service hydrologic methods set forth in § 154.038 of this chapter must be used for calculations unless another method is approved by the approving agency.
