(A) A waterway buffer shall be applied to any area where the floodplain is not defined.
(B) Said buffer shall be measured perpendicular to the stream as shown on a U.S. Geological Survey topographical map according to the distances as follows:
(1) A minimum of 30 feet from the top of the bank on unnamed, intermittent streams;
(2) A minimum of 50 feet from the top of the bank on blue line streams; and
(3) A minimum of 100 feet from the top of the bank, on named branches, streams or rivers.
