(A) Any person or developer to whom this chapter applies shall submit site plans as set forth below prepared and approved by a certified engineer to the approving agency. The submittal shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees for plan review, inspections and administrative costs as established by a fee schedule approved by the county’s Fiscal Court and the city.
(B) (1) Preliminary site plan submittal. A preliminary site plan setting forth the proposed storm water measures and facilities as required by this chapter shall be submitted to the approving agency for review and approval prior to the initiation of any land-disturbance activity.
(2) Final/as-built site plan submittal. A final site plan setting forth the as-built, field surveyed storm water measures and facilities shall be submitted to the approving agency upon completion of the land-disturbance activity.
