§ 154.005 INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION.

This chapter shall be interpreted, construed and applied to ensure consistency with the requirements of state law, the Federal Clean Water Act and all amendments thereto, and any state pollutant discharge elimination system and/or national pollutant discharge elimination system permits. Compliance with this chapter does not relieve a person of responsibility from compliance with the state’s Division of Water notice of intent process.
