§ 152.01 ENCROACHING UPON, DAMAGING DRAINAGE DITCHES OR OTHER CITY PROPERTY.
   No person shall encroach upon, damage or alter any drainage ditch on any street or public alley in the city, nor damage, deface or mutilate any property owned by the city.
