§ 151.24 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   If an inspection is called for, an additional inspection fee will be warranted.
   (B)   All inspection fees will be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
   (C)   All fees will be doubled for any construction started without a building permit.
   (D)   Three inspections shall be made by the Building Official during construction at the following times: footer; framing; and final; unless otherwise noted on the fee schedule in division (E) below.
   (E)   Building permits issued by the City Clerk shall expire 12 months from issuance. Upon expiration, the applicant shall reapply for a new building permit. The fee shall be as set out in the following schedule of current building inspection fees.

   (F)   New commercial construction or commercial additions shall be assessed a permit fee at the following rate.
      (1)   New construction or remodeling of an existing structure having zero to 2,000 square feet shall be assessed minimum permit fee of $300.
      (2)   New construction or remodeling of an existing structure having 2,001 to 300,000 square feet shall be assessed minimum permit fee in addition to $0.15 per square foot not to exceed $45,000.
      (3)   New construction or remodeling of an existing structure having 300,001 plus square feet shall be assessed a minimum permit fee of $0.10 per square foot for every square foot over 300,000 plus a fee of $45,000.
   (G)   Remodeling or additions shall be measured as the area being remodeled or added and not the entire building.
