§ 151.22 APPROVAL OF PLANS.
   (A)   Such applications with plans shall be referred to the Mayor, and/or his or her assign, who shall examine the same to determine whether the proposed construction or alteration will comply with the ordinance provisions thereto. Upon arrival, one set of plans shall be returned to the applicant with the permit and the other shall be retained by the Mayor, and/or his or her assign. No permit shall be issued until after approval of the plans.
   (B)   Before the city issues a permit, it will be necessary for the applicant to submit a copy of the zoning compliance permit issued by the county’s Planning and Zoning Commission.
