§ 117.42 DENIAL OF ISSUANCE OR RENEWAL; SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   The City Clerk shall refuse to issue or renew any license provided for by this chapter, or may suspend any license previously granted under this chapter, if it is determined that a licensee or applicant:
   (A)   Has failed to comply with the restrictions, requirements and conditions of this chapter or with such regulations as may be enacted by City Council pursuant to this chapter;
   (B)   Has knowingly provided false information to gain or to maintain a license, or has willfully failed to keep the information required therein current; or
   (C)   Has engaged in conduct which has resulted in the licensed premises being used for or the site of illegal activities, whether under this chapter, state or federal law, or by the licensee or its agents, employees or patrons.
