§ 117.18 ENTRANCE ATTENDED; LOCATION.
   (A)   An operator of an adult establishment shall, at all times, cause the entrance of the establishment to be attended so as to insure compliance with the requirements contained in § 117.17 of this chapter.
   (B)   The public entrance to an adult establishment shall not be located within 1,000 feet of the following:
      (1)   Any building containing a public or private elementary, middle or secondary school, college, vocational school or institution of higher education;
      (2)   A church;
      (3)   Any park, shopping center or park-like area of open space under control of any governmental agency. Such distance shall be measured in a straight line from the nearest property boundary line of the real estate on which the activities described in divisions (B)(1) and (B)(2) above are located to the entrance of the adult establishment;
      (4)   Areas zoned R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, B-2, Agricultural or otherwise used for residential purposes; or
      (5)   The public entrance of another adult establishment.
