§ 116.05 PROCEEDS.

The proceeds of this tax shall be used for the purpose of the operation and maintenance of a Convention Center within the municipal boundaries of the city. Should the Bullitt County-Shepherdsville Tourist and Convention Commission cease to maintain a Convention Center within the municipal boundaries of the city, this restaurant tax shall cease and no longer be payable.
