(B) Each taxicab shall bear on the outside of each side and the rear, in painted letters at least five inches in height the name of the certificate holder or the registered trade name, if any, of the taxicab. In addition, each taxicab may bear an identifying design approved by the Mayor.
(C) Each taxicab shall bear on the outside of each side and the rear, in painted letters at least five inches in height, a number issued by the certificate holder. However, no two taxicabs having the same color scheme shall possess the same number.
(D) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle marked with the identifying design of a taxicab company when there is no affiliation between the driver or certificate holder and that company. Vehicles formerly operated in affiliation with a taxicab company must be unmarked within three days of the date of the termination of the affiliation.
